Value-Added Finish
We take great pride in being able to offer a variety of finish on our trims which allows you to find the perfect finish to add selling point of your products. All of our edging trims are made from quality materials which enables us to produce the finest selection of plated and patinated finishes.
Our finish are applied in our China factory, with a number of these finish being applied by machine by our expert polishers.
Decortrim's In-house Finishing Treatment
Polished Anodized
Our facility houses electrical and organic immersion coloring equipment capable of anodizing trims in both standard and custom colors.
Brushing Anodized
Decortrim offers various aluminum brushing to improve your trim surface finish. We operate machine brushing better to give a blur and mat finish.
Anodizing
The anodic film formed by anodizing provides an excellent painting base and ensures organic coatings adherence.
Powder Coating
Through an electrostatic application process, different types of powder coatings are applied to trims, to deliver a rust-resistant finish.
Wood Grain Coating
Beautiful wood-grain-like surface comes in a quick way. No chemical by-product or strong smell is released during the process of using wood powder coating.
Electrophoresis
E-coating is useful for applying materials to any electrically conductive surface. Your trims products will feature very uniform coating thickness without porosity.
